For damaged, tampered, incorrect, or missing products, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photos/videos.

- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products.

- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the package and product.

- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, wherever applicable.

- Opened or used supplements cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.

- Exchanges are subject to product availability and verification.

- If an exchange is not possible, an eligible refund may be provided according to our refund policy.

- We do not accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect product selection by the customer.
